Cacao Chia Seed Pudding
Cacao chia seed pudding is just my jam. This delicious recipe can work as a dessert, snack, and meal that I don’t have to cook! That’s probably my favorite part. It’s also nutrient-dense, especially where fibroid fighting nutrients are concerned.
This recipe is a variation of the Matcha Chia Seed pudding. It’s perfect for any phase of your cycle because cacao powder and blackstrap molasses take the nutrient factor up several notches. Both foods are iron and magnesium-rich.
Cacao Chia Seed Pudding:

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

2 Cups Organic Coconut Milk (Any nondairy milk should work)

1/8 Cup Blackstrap Molasses

1/4 Cup Cacao Powder

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender, and blend for about a minute. Pour into bowl or storage container, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. While refrigeration is recommended, sometimes I need my chocolate fix immediately and eat it at room temperature.
Optional Toppings: Seeds, fruit, nuts, cacao nibs.
