What’s in My Pantry?
Since I’ve already done a post on how I organize my pantry, I thought I’d share some pantry items that I buy regularly so you can see what’s in my pantry. Your pantry is the base of your kitchen, so it’s important to keep items that make it easier to stay on track on your wellness journey.
What’s In My Pantry: The Staples
Oil & vinegar
Using high-quality oils has become a priority for me over the last year. Olive oil is a pantry staple for almost everyone, but it’s a low heat oil. That’s why I like to keep avocado and ghee on hand for sauteing and baking.
- Olive oil
- Avocado oil
- Ghee
- Balsalmic vinegar
- Red wine vinegar
- Coconut aminos
Grains & legumes
One of the things I was saddest about giving up was pasta. It took me a while and some trial and error, but I’ve been ever to discover some pretty good ones. I find that I like brown rice-based pasta the best. Trader Joe’s makes spaghetti and a rigatoni that’s made of brown rice and quinoa.
- Gluten-free pasta
- Brown rice
- Wild rice
- Quinoa
- Oats
- Organic popcorn kernels
I hope seeing what’s in my pantry helps you level up yours. Staying healthy can be a challenge if we don’t have easy access to healthy and nutritious foods. Don’t miss out on my pantry organization post so you can get some more inspiration.

Pantry goals! I have mine down to the basics as well but then it always seems to get crowded again. I also have a few canned goods in case of a pandemic lol
