5 Digital Gift Ideas: the BEST Apps to Gift
Whether you’re looking for a last-minute holiday gift or something for the more tech-savvy wellness enthusiast on your list, an app-based subscription is quick and easy. Most people are on their phones a lot, so it makes sense to look for the best apps to gift. It’ll make their screen time a little more useful.
The best part about giving someone an app-based subscription is the fact that you only need their email address or phone number to get their present to them in minutes.
Here are five apps that can help improve your quality of life and overall well-being.
For the Zen: A Meditation App
There are tons of meditation apps out there, but the only one I’ve personally tried is Simple Habit. Simple habit makes it seriously simple for learning the fundamentals of meditation and mindfulness even if you only have as little as two minutes to spare.
I haven’t tried Headspace, but it’s another top-rated option. There’s also Liberate which was specifically created as a meditation and mindfulness space for BIPOC with content that’s relevant to our specific issues.
For the Chef (or Wannabe Chef): Meal Prep App
This app makes mealtime super streamlined. Mealime allows you to plan your meals for the week, then it generates a grocery list with exact amounts of the items you’ll need. To top it off, you can connect your grocery delivery service to easily populate your shopping cart. My favorite feature is the cooking mode which allows you to go through recipes step by step and has timers for items that have specific cook times.

For the (Aspiring) Gym Enthusiast: A Class Pass
Maybe you have an experienced gym-goer on your hands, or you have an aspiring workout person. Class pass allows you to try a variety of fitness classes at one time at one low membership price so that you can find the best one for you.

For the Self-Improvement Guru:
Fabulous is like an all-in-one life-coaching app. If someone is looking to make small sustainable changes or break bad habits and build new ones, this is the app for them. From building a morning routine to kicking a sugar habit, Fabulous gives you all the tools you need for overall self-improvement.
For The Bookworm:
Help the book lover in your life meet their reading goal for the year with an Audible subscription. Not only does Audible feature a ton of titles to choose from, but there are also other exclusive audio content and podcasts.
There are so many apps out there that are helping people get healthier and improve their lives, but these are some of my top picks. Have you tried any wellness apps that worked really well for you or helped you achieve some of your goals? If so, drop it in the comments below.
